SiteKnova is a product by The Dot Dev. This marketing website is hosted by Hostinger. The hosting service processes technical connection data, such as IP addresses and request information, to deliver and protect the website.

Demo requests
The demo form prepares an email draft and an optional downloadable text file in your browser. The email-draft form does not submit your entries to a server, CRM or AI provider. The separate SiteKnova assistant processes information as described below. The email action opens your email app; you choose whether to send it. Avoid including sensitive personal information in your enquiry.
If you send an email, The Dot Dev receives the details you include and uses them to respond and discuss your request. Your email provider also processes the message under its own privacy policy.

Examples and preferences
The website examples are fictional and run in your browser. Confirming an example does not send an enquiry or make a booking. A session-storage preference remembers whether you paused motion. Optional Google Analytics 4 starts only after you choose “Allow analytics”. It measures visits, referral sources, device and country summaries, pages and sections viewed, and actions such as reviewing a demo request or opening an email draft. We do not send names, email addresses, form text or full query strings to Analytics. Opening a draft is not treated as a received enquiry.

Your analytics choice
Analytics is off until you opt in. Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change your choice at any time. We remember that choice locally for 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured for 180 days; withdrawing consent stops future collection and removes the Analytics cookies. Previously collected data is not removed by changing this browser setting. Event and user data retention is set to 14 months, with no reset on new activity; aggregated reports may persist longer. Ad personalisation and Google signals are disabled. Google processes consented measurement under its privacy policy . Visitors who decline are not represented in analytics reports.

Customer assistants
A SiteKnova assistant deployed for a business has its own setup, receiving workflow and applicable privacy information. This website does not activate a customer assistant or subscription.

SiteKnova chat, voice and demo enquiries
When you open the assistant and send a message, the SiteKnova service processes your message and relevant website context using OpenAI to generate an answer. Optional voice sends audio for transcription and speech processing after you enable your microphone. You can use text instead.
The service runs on Google Cloud and stores conversations and confirmed requests in the business workspace so The Dot Dev can review and follow up. Preparing a request is separate from confirming it. You can edit the brief and your contact details before confirming. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
Browser storage supports conversation continuity and private return access. Some recovery access expires after seven days; this is not a promise that all business records are deleted after seven days. Contact us about access, correction, deletion or applicable retention at usama@thedotdev.com.
AI answers may be incomplete or incorrect. A saved enquiry is not a confirmed appointment or a promise of email delivery.
